Full-time students are eligible for grants from Lafayette College if they demonstrate financial need based on our individualized review of all required documents. Grants are need based and are supplemented by loans and/or campus employment. Students must make satisfactory academic progress and must reapply each year by the specified deadlines. New applicants will be considered based on available funds and a GPA comparable with the all-College average.

Federal Pell Grants

Students must be enrolled at least half time without a prior bachelor’s degree. Award is based on need as determined by the FAFSA and ranges from $602 to $5,730.

Federal SEOG Grants

This grant is for full-time students who demonstrate need. Pell-eligible students receiving College-funded aid have priority. The amount awarded varies according to financial need and federal allocations.
